Financial Statements

The OKFD is registered as a 501C(3) non-profit organization with the Internal Revenue Services (IRS).  Because of this distinction, all monetary and item donations are tax exempt.

Monetary donations made to OKFD are spent on client scholarships and supplementing clients’ expenses. 

There are no out-of-pocket expenses for client families and caregivers.  Seventy percentage of client expenses are reimbursed by the State of Oklahoma through the Developmental Disabilities Service Division of the Department of Human Services. Thirty percentage of client expenses are paid through private donations.

As a non-profit organization, OKFD conducts a professional audit each fiscal year. Below are copies of three recent 1099 reports.
